How we work.


The experiments, so far, have involved me taking photos on my phone and digital camera of existing pictures on my bedroom wall or in books . The Spirit Team manage to manipulate the energy over the printed pictures to create altered or new faces and text.


The light is dim, lamp light or slight daylight coming from around the edges of the blind. Sometime the room is dark and I use a flash. The resulting images can be seen on the photo or film I can see the faces in the paintings changing prior to taking the photos. The tiny 'pieces' of colour whizz rapidly around the surface of the picture.


The images shown are not visible to the naked eye after the photo has been taken and the only existing record is caught by the camera.

This was recorded by me a few days ago in my bedroom on my automatic camera. The room is lit by daylight but the blind is drawn so only a little light is coming in. The painting is a portrait of my Guide, Nasawi by me. The Team have been working on transferring colour and changing the shape of the features. We film now for only 30 seconds at a time and then I extend the film.

I have now learnt to slow the recordings down ( necessary as spirit works very quickly and the changes in any detail are imperceptible otherwise) and to 'pan in' gradually, which I hope gives you a better close up view towards the end of the film. I have not made any other changes to this film and all the movement of colour and form is done by my Spirit Team.

The changes improve as the video plays so please watch to the end if you have time. Note too the transfigured faces above the nose and also Adawi's little face drawings appearing all over the place.

Mona Lisa...& Friends

This video was shot on my camera in dim daylight.  My Spirit Team have effected changes to her face. The recording has been extended so that the resulting film is slowed down about 10 times in order for the faces to be seen more clearly.

It's best watched in a darker room as the image is not very bright.

It had been argued that the integrated style with which the spirit artists have created faces within this painting may not be as evidential, in terms of mediumship, as the addition of an alien style of painting may have been. Whilst I appreciate this argument, as we are indeed working with intent to provide recordable evidence to widely publish, I also, as an artist myself, feel very emotive about the work that has gone into this. To create faces in harmony with the style of the original artist takes great skill and knowledge and I find the resulting film to be one of beauty and sophistication.

Ruths Portrait of Nasawi in 'default mode'

 


I took this video on my phone of a portrait of Nasawi drawn by my mother, Ruth. I recorded the changes in dim daylight. The Picture hangs in my bedroom and I have been watching the face change and the eyes move about for some time whilst sitting in my bed. If I blow it a kiss it blows one back! The Spirit changes in the film are incredibly fast! Nasawi has explained that they have slowed down the process for us but it is still faster than we can imagine.

Changes are subtle and often a bit blurry but changes to face shape and features can be seen along with light patches indicating spectacles.

I pinned up a soppy note for my two boys... It said 'I love you xx' - I wrote this note.

This is what my lovely Team have done to him! Don't be alarmed..Adawi is working on making the faces look less grim! He thinks they are very funny! Note the beard, glasses, lips, and changing nose....
